Massage Solutions by Jhonnyper Zearfoss had a non-functional, outdated website that made it difficult for clients to book sessions — leading to a drop in online conversions. The site didn’t reflect the quality of her work, lacked professional visuals, and didn’t support online payments. Her Google Business profile was also unoptimized, which resulted in poor visibility, low traffic, and minimal call volume.
To match the professionalism of her services, Jhonnyper needed a brand refresh, new photography, and a fully rebuilt digital experience that would attract and convert local traffic into real appointments.
Challenges faced
We had to build an entirely new user experience with very limited assets, while ensuring the brand came across as premium and trustworthy. The booking process was clunky and hard to navigate, and there was no system in place for taking payments online.

We then rebuilt the website with a clean, modern design and integrated a user-friendly booking system that accepts online payments. Every page was optimized for SEO, and the entire process — from landing on the site to booking an appointment — was simplified to increase conversions.
The results
Massage Solutions quickly climbed to the #1 spot on Google Maps for her category. In just 60 days after optimizing her Google Business Profile and website, 3-month impressions rose from 600 to over 5,200 — a 767% increase. Additionally, calls increased by 315%, and reviews grew by 200%.
